The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping is excellent and the staff at the front desk, especially Tran Xuan Hung , are very helpful and knowledgeable about the city. The lobby bar is great and the food options on the bar menu are delicious. The location of the hotel is also convenient with taxis readily available and coffee shops nearby.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The rooms were spacious and had a stunning view of the surrounding area. the bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean. the hotel's location is convenient for those who want a quiet getaway. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the morning breakfast had some western options, which was a nice surprise. We also enjoyed the lobby bar's delicious food.
The spa was a bit disappointing. Although it was advertised as a relaxing escape, it lacked soft lighting, soft music, and the lovely smells that you usually get in a spa.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short 10-minute drive to the city center. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices which I really enjoyed.
